On June 27, 2024, The Centre for Sustainable Bioproducts (CSB), a unit of Deakin University, signed a memorandum of understanding with Bioway Vietnam for the research and testing of organic fertilizers suitable for the Australian market.
CSB is a center focused on developing new methods to convert organic waste (biomass) into high-value, sustainable bio-products, offering industry partners the opportunity to test and innovate new processing techniques on a pilot production scale.
During this signing ceremony, Bioway Vietnam committed to providing and maintaining machinery and equipment, particularly related to AT-6H technology, necessary for the research and testing of organic fertilizers. The company will provide technical expertise and training in equipment operation and maintenance to ensure the smooth progress of the research.
A breakthrough in the field of organic fertilizer production and application, with the ultra-fast fermentation technology A-T from Bioway Organic INC USA, this microorganism originates from volcanic regions at the ocean’s bottom and can withstand temperatures ranging from -36 to 180 degrees Celsius.
Bioway Vietnam will offer continuous technical support throughout the research process, troubleshooting, and optimizing the use of AT-6H technology to achieve the best research results.
On CSB’s side, the center will design and conduct scientific experiments to assess the effectiveness and suitability of organic fertilizers for the Australian market. This includes developing experimental processes, collecting data, analyzing results, and documenting findings. CSB will also support Bioway in accessing potential commercial partners in Australia to commercialize successful research outcomes, develop business models, and strategies for market entry and distribution of organic fertilizers in Australia.
The collaboration between Bioway Vietnam and The Centre for Sustainable Bioproducts (CSB) marks the beginning of a journey in research and development of organic fertilizers.
This partnership promises significant advancements in applying advanced technology to production, enhancing product quality, and promoting sustainable agriculture. Both parties will share knowledge, techniques, and resources to achieve common goals, contributing to the sustainable development of agriculture in both Australia and Vietnam.
